Grammy, Who Is That Baby? The Plan

Mommy and Daddy, I saw the baby Jesus today!  Grammy said the baby that we saw in front of that building with the Cross in the yard was the baby, Jesus.  I asked Grammy who was the baby Jesus and she said I had to ask you.  Who is the baby Jesus Mommy?

That’s Not the Plan!

At this point, the Mother turned to her mother and said, “This is not the plan!”

The Plan?  What Plan?  Many young parents have adopted a plan when it comes to sharing their worldview, values, religion, to their children.  Unfortunately for a majority, it has nothing to do with the commands of the Bible (Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.) but of the Spirit of the Age (1 Corinthians 2:6 Spiritual Wisdom – However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.)

Yes, as with all generations before us the battle between the rule of God or the rule of Satan is real.  But the intensity of the battle has dramatically intensified over the last 60 plus years due to the massive move back to the ancient pagan religions demonically veiled in the cloak of the New Age awakening and by global community oneness.

A well know author, podcaster, conference speaker and social media personality, Cindy Wang Brandt, “Parenting Forward,” (book) “Raising Children Unfundamentalist” (Facebook group) sparked an intense response when on January 8, 2020, she tweeted, “Do not evangelize a child,” Brandt tweeted Wednesday.  “Do not colonize a child’s spirituality. Do not threaten a child with religious control. Your religion does not have a right to stake claim to a child’s allegiance.”

After the unusually high response to the tweet, she told Religion News Service, “I do talk about it all the time, so I appreciate the opportunity to get a conversation going on this very important topic and very nuanced — like how we parent and faith and values. What does that process concretely look like?”   And it is in that question that the struggle exists.

According to Christian Smith, a sociology professor at the University of Notre Dame who co-authored the book “Religious Parenting: Transmitting Faith and Values in Contemporary America” with Bridget Ritz and Michael Rotolo.  Parents of all faiths struggle with how much authority they have and how much to direct their children’s faith versus letting them choose and figure it out for themselves, Smith said.

I read his comments about parents of faith struggling with how much authority they have – WHAT?  Parents your authority in raising your children is plainly written in God’s Word, His Bible (Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. Matthew 24:35 – All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 1 Timothy 3:16-17)!

I am lead to Genesis 3:1 when the snake said to Eve, “Has God indeed said,…?”  Behind that question lies Satan’s desire to invert all of God’s Creative Order! I believe Satan’s number one target has always been the family in order to gain access to the children.  When the roles of the husband (man-father) and wife (woman-mother) were disrupted in the garden the children became the ultimate victims.  Remember Cain and Abel?!

Bad Church Experiences

Not one church I have ever been in has been perfect!  Not one professing follower of Jesus Christ has been perfect! We can all honestly say the same I’m sure.  Those experiences and other life events can lead us to a clouded view of the church, its people, and of Christ.  From this clouded viewpoint, we then form our worldview.  I always remember a mentor of mine, Mr. Bill Edwards, when he said, “Mike, you and I are the fifth Gospel.  Most people we meet have never read Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John so the only Gospel they will ever read maybe you and me.  They will examine our lives to see if we are living our lives accounting to the One in whom we say we worship.  Mike, will they want to know about Jesus and His Good News after they examine your life?”  WOW!   If you look at the experience Cindy Wang Brandt had with religion, church and its people you can see clearly why she promotes an anti-biblical parental model.  Brandt has stated she does not believe in a moral vacuum and we all know that to be true.  We will either choose Jesus or Satan!  We will choose the Word of God as proclaimed by Jesus or we will choose the world’s system which is under the rule of Satan.

Choosing a religion is a human right for children, Brandt said. She pointed to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, which includes the “right of the child to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.”  That said, children should be included in communities of faith, she added.

If Parents Don’t – Who Will

Those of us that are students of the scripture understand that we are moving to a one-world system – global consensus, global government, global commerce, global religion/spirituality, and a global military of super soldiers.  Oneness and community are keywords to this move toward this coming system.  I would encourage you to look at the agenda that is already in place and is currently working itself out even in the smallest communities in our country, even in the smallest church congregations and most significantly in our public schools.  Study the UN’s Rights of the Child and see for yourself that its ultimate goal is to abolish parental rights – period.  Do your research on the current United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, who oversees the implementation of the Rights of the Child and United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, Michelle Bachelet.

How is it we do not understand that our children are being bombarded by every possible means available to the powers and principalities of the air to adopt, embrace, live and die for the coming One World Leader and Mystery Babylon!

Yours in the Grace, Mercy, and Love of Christ,

Mike Inabinett
